We have experience in working with large databases of schedule & cost information & can develop automated tools & interfaces with existing systems, to ensure timely communication of programme status & reports to the project team.
PMO Limited also can design & develop bespoke project management software web based tools & interfaces that link into industry leading Project Management software applications. We have developed our own suite of analysis & reporting tools including;
- A schedule analysis tool which works with MS Project data to allow forensic examination of the programme schedule. We are currently using this tool on a large civil engineering project in Ireland.
- A reporting graphical user interface which connects to the primavera database which automates the generation of standard reports & metrics. We are currently using this tool on a pharmaceutical project in Ireland.
